Material Division
Material testing or destructive testing is often required to ensure that products and their component parts can perform their intended use and endure their expected life. As your materials testing laboratory, Nusatek can help you in selecting and verifying materials, identifying material properties, corrosion, investigating product failures, and meeting customer or industry requirements for material certification.
The testing results shall give an impact to the basic theoretical strength of material, application and improvement of new materials analysis.
Metrology Division
Our Metrology and Calibration laboratory provides accredited services under ISO 17025
(SAMM No. 548).
Our measurement and calibration instruments are traceable and certified to National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM) or equivalent. Customers are guaranteed a high degree of confidence in our precision work.
NDT Division
Non-destructive testing methods are normally applied in industries where a failure of a component would cause significant hazard or economic loss, such as in transportation, pressure vessels, building structures, piping and hoisting equipment.
One of the major advantages of application of NDT method is technique of testing does not permanently alter the specimen/weld being inspected, as such it may save money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting and research.
